The project is expected to build four workshops, 7# brick making workshop steel structure on the ground 1 floor 2924.44 square meters, 10# broken workshop steel structure on the ground 1 floor 7073.2 square meters, 11# steel structure on the ground 1 floor 7431.17 square meters, 12# old concrete stacking workshop steel structure on the ground 1 floor 5597.03 square meters, The total construction area is 23025.84 square meters.

The project covers an area of 350 mu, the first phase covers an area of 162 mu, a new construction waste waste treatment dust-free production workshop, a concrete block and brick production workshop, a recycled concrete production workshop, a recycled dry mortar production workshop, a recycled cement production workshop, an industrial tailings treatment production workshop, old metal recycling area and living area. After the completion of the project, it can produce an annual output of 180 million pieces (broken) of cement blocks (cement bricks, road bricks, square greening bricks, slope protection bricks, permeable bricks, etc.), 400,000 m3 of commercial concrete, 380,000 t of recycled sand, 200,000 tons of dry mortar, 300,000 tons of recycled cement, 200,000 tons of admixture (can be used for cement plant admixture, ceramsite concrete, environmental protection bricks, recycled dry mortar, etc.) Aggregate for other products). After the completion of the project, it can realize the comprehensive utilization of 2 million tons of construction waste as resources, and coordinate the comprehensive utilization of 500,000 tons of general industrial solid waste (from various industrial parks in the city), 500,000 tons of general industrial solid waste including coal gangue, fly ash, slag, tailings, slag, furnace ash, ceramic industrial waste, stale waste and other industrial waste. The second phase covers an area of 188 mu, and a new mud and residue treatment production line, two new mobile roof tunnel kiln production lines, and a ceramite production line. After the completion of the project, the annual output of 480 million new wall sintered bricks (demagnetized bricks), 500,000 tons of recycled sand, 100,000 tons of admixture and 50,000 cubic meters of ceramic particles can be achieved. After the completion of the project, it can realize the comprehensive utilization of 1 million tons of construction waste (construction waste, residue, mud cake, etc.), and cooperate with the comprehensive utilization of 900,000 tons of sludge (including paper sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, ceramic sludge, urban sewage treatment sludge, urban sludge, river sludge, domestic sludge, food industry sludge, industrial sludge and other sludge without hazardous waste).
