The project covers four buildings: Building 1#, Equipment Room 2#, Dormitory Building 3#, and Fire Control Room 4#. According to different functions, Longjiang Science and Technology has tailored construction plans specifically for each building to ensure that each one can withstand tests. The roofs are uniformly designed with first-class waterproofing, safeguarding the safety of the buildings with strict standards. 

 1# Steel Frame Structure Main Workshop

Total construction area: 90,250.8 square meters. It is the core production area, with a steel frame structure. The space is spacious and well-organized, suitable for the assembly and sorting lines of vehicle frames, providing a solid platform for the entire process of vehicle component operations. 

2# Concrete Frame Equipment Room

The building area is 1,530 square meters. It is responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment and power supply in the park, and is the "heart" supporting factor for the smooth operation of the industrial park. 

3# Multi-storey Staff Dormitory Building

Building area: 8039.12 square meters. Concrete frame structure. Focusing on providing comfortable and safe living conditions for employees, it also improves the living facilities and services in the park, ensuring employees can live with peace of mind. 

4# Fire Control Room

The building area is 108 square meters. It is the "command center" for the park's fire protection, with a concrete frame structure. It is responsible for the overall fire monitoring and emergency dispatch, strengthening the safety defense line.

Closed-loop management, seamless connection of construction processes 

The project department implements closed-loop construction management. Every day, they closely monitor the progress on site, scientifically allocate personnel and materials, and strictly control the two critical aspects of safety and quality. Currently, all tasks are being implemented in an orderly manner, and the preparatory work has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction: 

✅ The outdoor greening backfilling in the park has been fully completed, paving the way for the landscaping construction.

✅ The installation of the eaves edge panels for the 1# factory building office building and the installation of the HVAC system in the 2# equipment room generator room are progressing as planned. 

Tomorrow's Key Project Progress Notice

The project team, while continuing the aforementioned installation work, will also undertake the special construction of smoke-blocking curtains on the first floor of Building 3# in accordance with strict fire safety standards. They will complete the fire protection facilities in the park to ensure a smooth and steady overall project schedule.
