On the day in question, despite adverse weather—including heavy rainfall and strong winds—the project department swiftly activated its emergency response protocol: all outdoor high-risk activities were temporarily suspended, while indoor and preparatory tasks—including workflow optimization, material staging, and technical briefing—were intensified. Upon weather stabilization, construction resumed promptly and efficiently: at the finished product warehouse site, steel structural components were precisely positioned and assembled in strict accordance with design specifications, with seamless coordination among on-site personnel; during welding and high-strength bolt installation at pipe gallery node connections, certified technicians conducted continuous, real-time supervision to guarantee full compliance with national standards (GB 50205) and project-specific quality requirements; concurrently, civil works—including drainage facility excavation—and logistics operations—including component unloading, inspection, and on-site distribution—were executed in parallel, supported by a responsive logistics coordination mechanism. This integrated approach ensured uninterrupted workflow sequencing and adherence to the milestone timeline—realizing the objective of “zero process interruption and zero schedule slippage.”

Through rigorous scientific management, proactive risk mitigation, and agile operational adaptation, the project continues to advance steadily toward successful completion.

Simultaneously carry out the loading and unloading as well as the acceptance work of the supporting beams for the finished product warehouse, in order to prepare for the subsequent construction of the enclosure structure. 

To address the issue of water accumulation on the site, we will increase the pumping and drainage efforts and optimize the drainage system, in order to create a dry and safe working environment for the construction.
