This project is not only a key carrier for the owner's industrial upgrading, but also a demonstration window for Zuojiang Science and Industry to showcase its strength in industrial plant construction.

The project is located in the West Industrial Park of Luxian Economic Development Zone, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, with a total construction area of 14,460.75 square meters. The project will be built into a modern hydraulic equipment production base integrating digitalization, automation and intelligence, equipped with internationally advanced production lines and testing equipment.

Zuojiang Science and Industry adheres to the principle of "Quality First, Safety First" throughout its construction process.

- Material selection: High-quality steel structure materials that meet international standards are adopted. After strict testing, all mechanical performance indicators have reached the leading level in the industry

- Technological Innovation: Utilizing BIM technology to guide the entire construction process, achieving precise factory prefabrication of components (with errors controlled within ±2mm)

- Quality Control: The "5+3" quality control model is adopted, which combines the "five quality checkpoints" (material acceptance, process evaluation, process inspection, finished product protection, and final acceptance) with the "three-level technical briefing" (chief engineer, professional engineer, and team leader) to ensure that each construction link meets the premium standard.

After the project is completed, it will be equipped with a series of advanced facilities such as welding robots, digital servo test benches, and automatic painting lines. It will have 4 high-efficiency production lines and form an annual production capacity of 30,000 sets of hydraulic cylinders and supporting equipment and facilities. It will become a demonstration production base for hydraulic equipment manufacturing in the southwest region, injecting new impetus into the high-quality development of regional industry.
