In response to the special requirements of the explosion-proof areas in the chemical plant, the project team focused on strengthening the basic work of lightning protection and grounding. In strict accordance with the "Building Lightning Protection Design Code" GB50057-2010, they conducted a comprehensive inspection and improvement of the lightning protection devices in the explosion-proof areas, ensuring that the down conductors and grounding devices form a complete lightning protection system. At the same time, they conducted a special inspection of the grounding of electrical equipment in the explosion-proof areas to ensure that the grounding resistance complies with the specifications, effectively eliminating the risks of static accumulation and electrical sparks caused by poor grounding, and eliminating safety risks at the root. 

During the construction of the water pool, the project team regarded preventing leakage as the top priority in safety management. They adopted a dual protection measure of anti-seepage membranes and anti-seepage concrete, and carried out meticulous construction on the bottom and side walls of the fire water pool and production water pool. They also conducted quality inspections layer by layer to ensure there were no leakage risks. This measure fundamentally reduced the pollution of groundwater and structural safety hazards, providing a strong guarantee for the long-term safe operation of the project. 

Quality is the soul. 

The project team strictly controlled every process, from foundation construction to pier cap pouring, from steel bar binding to concrete curing, all of which were carried out to high standards. Scientific foundation treatment and meticulous construction effectively enhanced the bearing capacity and overall stability of the foundation. In the lightning protection and grounding construction, the project team strictly controlled the welding quality and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure that the grounding body and grounding lead-down lines were reliably connected and had strong durability, providing a solid guarantee for the safe operation of subsequent chemical production equipment. Currently, the project has fully entered the critical stage where the upper structure and decoration and renovation are carried out concurrently. The project team has carried out scientific planning and reasonable scheduling, and multiple construction sites have simultaneously started construction, covering the entire scope: 

The installation of steel structures for the production plant, Class A warehouses, and Class C warehouses, as well as the construction of the indoor floors, are all progressing smoothly. 

The secondary structure construction of the comprehensive building is advancing steadily, and the decoration and renovation work of the building is gradually commencing. 

The construction of the structures above the zero-meter level of the fire water tank and the power distribution room is also in full swing.
