Almost finished! Lithium battery new material processing and resource recovery and recycling project

On May 5th, the lithium battery new material processing and resource recovery and recycling project of Guangxi Zhiliang New Materials Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Guangxi Zuojiang Science and Industry Construction Co., Ltd., has completed the 1-15 axis steel structure body, wall purlins, doors and windows, comprehensive auxiliary workshop main steel frame installation, roof purlins, pull strips and gutters of the 1# wet workshop. 1# The roof enclosure of the wet workshop is 60% complete, the wall purlins are 60% complete, and the roof wire mesh is 35% complete, and the total output value of the project contract has been completed so far is about 80%!
Walking into the construction site in full swing, I saw that the project management personnel were serious and responsible, and the workers were busy and orderly, so that the project could be completed quickly and contribute to China's economic development cycle!
Project Introduction
 
The project is located in Nanning City, Guangxi, with a total construction area of 24183.72 square meters, including 1# wet workshop, with a total construction area of 19890.08 square meters on two floors, 4293.64 square meters of comprehensive auxiliary workshop, and a total component weight of about 1540 tons.
 
For China, nickel and cobalt in lithium batteries are strategic scarce resources, and the resource import rate exceeds 50%. Therefore, the completion of this project can improve the efficiency of comprehensive recycling, effectively recover and re-separate the valuable metals in it, and greatly alleviate the import pressure of China's strategic metals.
 
 
Not only that, after the completion of this project, it will realize the industrialization of the recycling technology of nickel, cobalt, manganese and aluminum in waste batteries, and build a new energy life cycle value chain for waste battery recycled battery materials.
 
 
The development of circular economy is a major strategy for China's economic and social development. Vigorously developing the circular economy, promoting the conservation and intensive utilization of resources, and building a resource recycling industrial system and a recycling system for waste materials are of great significance to ensuring national resource security, promoting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
 
 
In the next step, the 1-15 axis roof enclosure of the #1 wet workshop is expected to be completed on May 8, and the wall enclosure is expected to be completed on May 12. The roof enclosure of the integrated auxiliary workshop is expected to be completed on May 9.
