In the industrial cluster of Dujiangyan Economic Development Zone, the project of the craft beer production base of Sichuan Chuanxing Shangpin Wine Co., Ltd., which was undertaken by Guangxi Zuojiang Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. After taking on the project, Zuojiang Technology and Industry did not simply copy the traditional construction methods. Instead, they first deeply analyzed the industrial ecology and environmental requirements of Dujiangyan Economic Development Zone, and integrated "regional adaptation" throughout the entire construction process. During the site clearance stage, wet work methods were adopted to reduce dust, and construction waste was classified and handled as recyclable and non-recyclable to ensure that it did not affect the normal operation of the already built and under-construction factories in the surrounding area;

For special functional areas such as chemical storage areas and sewage treatment stations included in the project, in combination with the local climate conditions and geological characteristics, the waterproof and anti-corrosion process parameters were adjusted to enhance structural stability and usage safety;

Considering the future industrial circulation needs of the park, in the construction of supporting parking sheds and road connections, sufficient passage space was reserved in advance to adapt to the circulation logic of the regional road network.

For multi-story production workshops, we particularly strengthen the bearing capacity and spatial practicality of the main structure. In the construction of beam-column joints, we refine the density of steel bar binding to ensure that it meets the installation and operation requirements of future production equipment;

For various warehouses, we implement precise measures based on the differences in storage attributes: the Class C solid waste warehouse focuses on the tightness of fire separation, while the Class A chemical warehouse strengthens anti-seepage treatment and safety protection distance control. From the details, we avoid usage risks;

The sewage treatment station, as the core environmental protection facility, strictly controls the compactness of concrete pouring and the sealing of pipe interfaces during construction to ensure that the treatment efficiency and environmental protection standards are both met after completion;

Even for supporting facilities such as the guard room and parking shed, we also pay attention to construction details - the installation of doors and windows in the guard room takes into account both safety and convenience, and the steel frame structure of the parking shed strengthens the wind resistance and pressure resistance performance, so that each area can withstand the test of use. This "standard based on scenarios, details based on requirements" construction method makes refinement no longer just a slogan, but a practical action implemented in every aspect. 

Unite efforts and work efficiently to overcome challenges 

The project construction involves cross-operation in multiple areas and multiple processes, and efficient collaboration is the key to advancing the schedule. Leftjiang Technology and Industry has broken through the traditional departmental barriers and established a three-level breakthrough system of "project overall control + regional responsibility + professional teams":

The project overall control team coordinates the overall situation and formulates plans based on construction nodes, reasonably allocating human resources and equipment resources;
