1. From the perspective of design structure:

(1) European crane: the main beam adopts box beam structure, reasonable structure and higher strength, the hoist and the lower flange of the main beam is firmly combined, no hidden danger, increase the effective lifting height, so as to improve the effective working space, the maximum headroom difference, up to 1.5 meters, wheel pressure reduction, rail beam reduction;

(2) Traditional crane: limited by the hoist design, can only use the traditional lower I-steel structure, the structure is unreasonable and low utilization rate, hoist and the main beam under the flange combination form leads to a high incidence of accidents.

2. From the appearance:

(1) European crane: light and beautiful appearance, in line with the modern industrial aesthetic, the effective use of workshop space, hook to both sides of the wall limit distance is small, low headroom height, the layout of the existing workshop is more flexible, the new workshop can be designed to be smaller, more complete functions;

(2) Traditional crane: the appearance of bulky, heavy, vertical and horizontal direction of the limit size is large, the effective working area is small, the same plant structure, the space utilization rate is low.

3. In terms of volume:

(1) European crane: the lowest headroom height, minimum dead weight, good wind resistance, good operation balance, safe and reliable;

(2) Traditional crane: large steel, relatively large volume, impact, heavy shaking.

4. From the perspective of installation design:

(1) European crane: fully enclosed design, will not adhere to the dust, frequency control, use more safe;

(2) Traditional crane: gearbox structure is open, exposed to the air, easy to adhere to dust.

5. From the perspective of operation and maintenance cost:

(1) European crane: the machine power is small, less power consumption, reliable quality, the correct use of the process of failure rate is low, can minimize the loss due to equipment failure should be produced, but also save equipment maintenance costs;

(2) Traditional crane: the whole machine power is large, the operation cost is high, the service life of the parts caused by the cost limit is short, the failure rate is high, and it is easy to produce production loss and maintenance and replacement costs.
